These were long overdue.

Season 2 starts this weekend btw (and it looks promising) - with Charisma Carpenter in a guest role as a Mord'Sith in ep1, and the Mord being a focal point in the 2nd and 3rd episodes (which are the only ones with info up that I could find as yet.)

It's worth watching for the Mord Sith alone! But the series was entertaining enough anyway.

With regard to the Mord'Sith, it looks like the series is going to deviate from the books in a way that will keep most of the Mord'Sith evil. This is good news, since evil generally means greater kinkiness.

Underheel, I don't know how it will be similar or not (and I've never read the books) but you are correct. The producers have stated that the TV series will go it's own route and use the books simply as the outline concept.

i don't often post in here, however after seeing the discussion about Charisma Carpenter in Legend of the Seeker, i remember seeing a old publicity pic released a month or so ago. Anyway i don't know how to post pics but i thought i'd at least include the link so all can enjoy.
